Sales Representative – Agent Acquisition

About the role

Yassir is expanding its financial services across the Maghreb and needs a proactive Sales Representative to acquire and support merchant agents in Mostaganem. You will be the key link between Yassir’s agent‑wallet product and local merchants, driving adoption and revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target high‑potential merchants to become agents for Yassir’s financial services.
• Present the agent‑wallet solution, emphasizing revenue benefits for merchants and financial inclusion for customers.
• Negotiate contracts, onboard new agents, and ensure they understand product terms.
• Maintain strong relationships with agents, providing regular visits, support, and timely issue resolution.
• Develop strategies to increase transaction volume and revenue through the agent network.
• Upsell existing agents on additional Yassir services and features.
• Monitor service uptime, assist with disruptions, and keep agent wallets funded.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team Leader to manage agent liquidity and cash flow.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services, telecommunications, tobacco, or FMCG.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and able to exceed sales targets.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
