Sales Representative (Algeria)

About the role

Yassir is a super app operating in 45 cities across Algeria, Morocco and Tunisia, offering on-demand services such as ride-hailing and last-mile delivery, and now introducing digital financial services. As Sales Representative in Algeria, you will optimise the sale of Yassir products by developing the customer portfolio in the sector and managing it.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the company's services and contribute to building brand awareness.
• Build a prospect portfolio, analyse their needs and propose suitable solutions with your manager.
• Manage the customer portfolio according to procedures, onboard new customers and train them on the application.
• Prepare sales proposals in line with company policy and help achieve business objectives and increase sales.
• Meet variable targets set by your line manager and make sure invoices are passed on to customers on time.
• Monitor collection of unpaid invoices from the customer portfolio together with the Back-office Supervisor.

Required profile

• Diploma and/or training in Commerce or Marketing.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Excellent knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques.
• Problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, confidentiality and integrity.
