Sales Representative (EdTech)

About the role

MAJOR is an early‑stage ed‑tech startup offering a communication and management platform for schools, connecting teachers, students and parents. We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to drive adoption of our solution among private schools across Algeria.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new school clients using Meta advertising, email marketing and cold outreach.
• Conduct calls, online meetings and, when needed, on‑site visits to present the platform.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through onboarding and ongoing client retention.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline status.
• Collaborate with the product and support teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Students or recent graduates with strong dedication, professionalism and a willingness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with school decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a fast‑moving startup environment.

Required skills

• Experience with Meta ads platforms.
• Familiarity with email marketing and cold outreach techniques.
