Sales Representative – Tlemcen

About the role

Yassir is seeking a proactive Sales Representative to expand its financial services network in Tlemcen. You will identify high‑potential merchants, onboard them as agents, and help drive digital financial inclusion across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and target high‑potential merchants to acquire new agents for Yassir’s financial services.
• Present the agent wallet product, emphasizing revenue benefits for agents and financial inclusion for customers.
• Negotiate contracts, onboard agents, and ensure they understand product offerings and terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, providing regular visits and ongoing support.
• Develop strategies to increase transaction volume and revenue through the agent network.
• Identify upselling opportunities for additional Yassir services.
• Monitor service uptime, resolve disruptions, and ensure agent wallets are adequately funded.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team Leader to manage agent liquidity and cash flow.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in financial services, telecommunications, tobacco, or FMCG.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to exceed sales targets.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
• Proficiency in using mobile applications.
