Sales Specialist - Deco Retail - Center Area

About the role

Join Jotun's dynamic retail team in Algiers as a Sales Specialist focused on decorative products. You will work closely with the Retail Sales Manager to expand market presence, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell decorative product range to assigned customers and territories through regular visits.
• Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to support product positioning.
• Implement sales policies and marketing activities in line with company guidelines.
• Monitor collections and ensure healthy working‑capital conditions.
• Maintain high‑quality service for existing distributors and address customer complaints promptly.
• Respond to dealer inquiries, introduce new products and services.
• Update territory mapping and assess market potential in collaboration with the Sales Manager.

Required profile

• Engineer, Architect or Sales university degree.
• 2‑3 years of retail sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel within Algeria.
• Good proficiency in English.
