Sales Specialist – Decorative Retail (Center Area)

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Specialist to join our Decorative Retail team in Algiers. Reporting to the Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Jotun’s decorative product range to both new and existing customers across the centre area.
Key responsibilities
- Introduce, promote and sell decorative products to assigned customers and territories through regular visits.
- Gather market intelligence and maintain up‑to‑date territory mapping.
- Execute sales policies and marketing activities in line with company guidelines.
- Follow up on collections to ensure healthy working capital.
- Provide high‑quality service to distributors and handle customer complaints.
- Respond to dealer inquiries and present product solutions.
Required profile
- University degree in Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
- 2‑3 years of retail sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Willingness to travel within Algeria.
- Good command of English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in English language.
