Sales Support Officer (Algeria Office)

About the role

The Sales Support Officer plays a key role in supporting the commercial and administrative functions. The incumbent is responsible for facilitating smooth pre‑sales operations, supplier coordination, documentation, stock and logistics management, and data maintenance to ensure efficient sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers by managing requests for quotations, purchase orders, delivery tracking, and invoice processing.
• Support procurement activities by following up on orders and ensuring timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate and organized filing and archiving systems for commercial and administrative documentation.
• Generate sales performance reports and provide insights to the commercial team.
• Update and manage client and prospect databases using CRM systems or Excel tools.
• Gather and analyze customer requirements in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
• Collect, verify, and reconcile data and transactions with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist the commercial and marketing teams with day‑to‑day administrative and operational support.
• Coordinate logistics and materials for internal and external sales events, campaigns, or partner‑related activities.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly reports related to sales support activities and progress.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce management or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
