Sales Team Leader

About the role

The Sales Team Leader will guide a group of sales professionals to exceed individual and team targets in the real‑estate sector. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Heliopolis and involves close collaboration with marketing, operations, and finance to deliver a seamless client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, motivate and develop sales team members to meet ambitious targets.
• Monitor performance metrics, pipeline, and sales forecasts.
• Organise regular sales meetings and support the team in closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate with marketing, finance and operations to ensure an efficient, compliant sales process.
• Contribute to sales strategy and provide accurate reports.
• Onboard and train new sales staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading sales teams, preferably in real estate or property development.
• Strong sales planning, pipeline management and performance‑tracking abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in a fast‑paced, client‑facing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Prior role as Senior Sales Executive, Sales Supervisor or similar leadership position is an advantage.
