Senior Biopharmaceutical Sales Representative – Oran

About the role

Amgen is seeking a Senior Biopharmaceutical Sales Representative to lead the promotion of its portfolio in the Oran territory. You will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and executing the district sales plan.

Key responsibilities

• Maximise sales of Amgen products and achieve assigned targets.
• Develop and implement territory POA and key‑account plans in collaboration with the District Sales Manager.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer profiles in the CRM system and report activity regularly.
• Identify competitive information and market trends to inform strategy.
• Work within agreed budgets and expense limits.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Key Account Managers and other internal teams.
• Continuously improve product knowledge and selling skills through training.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Basic knowledge of the hospital environment.
• Fluency in the local language (oral and written).
• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, biomedical sciences or a related field.
• Familiarity with CRM principles and project‑management concepts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM databases.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
