Senior Brand Experience Specialist - Consumer Engagement

About the role

Philip Morris International is looking for a Senior Brand Experience Specialist (Consumer Experience) to join its team in Algiers, Algeria. The role leads the development, adaptation and execution of content and communication materials across consumer touchpoints, ensuring consistent, compliant and insight-driven brand messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, adapt and execute content and communication materials across consumer touchpoints, including consumer education content, tasking visuals and POS execution.
• Work with Digital teams to ensure content consistency and support online journey design.
• Ensure 360-degree consistency of messaging across all consumer engagement channels.
• Use insights from multiple sources to define and localize content that addresses consumer motivations and barriers.
• Develop communication and education materials that help consumers navigate key behavioural changes, fully compliant with local regulations and internal marketing policies.
• Coordinate project timelines, planning and stakeholder alignment; manage relationships with creative and production agencies (briefing, quality control).
• Oversee content production for online and offline channels and manage budget planning, tracking and forecasting.
• Work with the Consumer Experience Manager on insights-driven initiatives supporting brand portfolio strategy, and provide tools, content and brand education to internal teams.

Required profile

• Graduate in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing or Consumer Engagement (FMCG experience preferred).
• Proven track record managing brand plans, communication content and integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social, offline).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing external partners and agencies.
• Fluency in spoken and written English and French.
