Senior Functional Solutions Consultant – Dynamics 365 CE

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Functional Solutions Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to lead business transformation projects for our clients in Algeria. The consultant will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design, configure and optimise end‑to‑end CRM solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, requirements gathering sessions and business process analysis.
• Translate business needs into scalable Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and create functional specifications, solution blueprints and user stories.
• Configure and implement Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Customer Insights and, when required, Field Service.
• Define entities, forms, views, business processes, workflows, security models and collaborate on integrations, data migration and custom development.
• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, facilitate executive workshops and guide CRM roadmap decisions.
• Lead functional workstreams, mentor junior consultants, support project planning, estimation and risk mitigation.
• Leverage Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, Power BI) to identify automation opportunities and drive innovative solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Information Systems).
• 3 – 10 years of experience delivering Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement projects.
• Proven consulting and stakeholder‑management skills at senior level.
• Ability to work independently and lead functional teams in complex enterprise environments.
