Senior Odoo Developer

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Odoo Developer to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and customizing Odoo solutions that meet the specific needs of our clients while ensuring high performance and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules and applications.
• Integrate Odoo with third‑party systems and APIs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Odoo implementations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Mentor and guide junior developers.
• Stay updated with the latest Odoo developments and industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in Odoo development and customization.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript.
• Strong knowledge of Odoo frameworks and architecture.
• Experience with PostgreSQL database management.
• Familiarity with front‑end technologies such as HTML and CSS.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
