About the role
The Senior Pricing Specialist owns the end‑to‑end pricing strategy across markets for Yassir, partnering with product, data, and operations teams to maximize revenue per trip while maintaining supply‑demand health. The role also mentors junior specialists and leads cross‑functional pricing initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Design and own pricing strategy and models (time, zone, events, elasticity).
- Lead A/B price experiments from hypothesis to statistically valid conclusions.
- Build revenue forecasting models and scenario planning frameworks.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking and market‑level pricing calibration.
- Translate pricing logic into clear product requirements for engineering.
- Present pricing strategy and results to senior leadership regularly.
Required profile
- 3+ years in pricing, revenue management, or quantitative analytics.
- Degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science (Master's preferred).
