Senior Sales Representative

About the role

The Senior Sales Representative will work closely with the Area Marketing and Sales Manager to drive regional business growth in the heavy machinery sector. You will identify new customers, nurture existing relationships, and act as a key liaison between clients and the company’s product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Area Marketing and Sales Manager in achieving regional business targets.
• Identify potential customers and create new business opportunities.
• Generate and convert leads while maintaining and expanding client relationships.
• Proactively assess client needs and promote the company’s portfolio of construction equipment.
• Recommend marketing tools to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
• Conduct market analysis, including trend monitoring, demand forecasting, competition assessment, and risk identification.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records and ensure excellent service delivery.

Required profile

• 3 to 8 years of experience in marketing and sales within the heavy machinery (construction equipment) industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration or a related field.
• Advanced English language proficiency (mandatory).
• Personal vehicle required for client visits (mandatory).
