Senior Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Representative to support the Area Marketing and Sales Manager in achieving regional business objectives. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base within the heavy machinery sector and strengthening existing client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Area Marketing and Sales Manager in meeting regional targets.
• Identify potential customers and create new business opportunities.
• Generate and convert leads while maintaining and developing client relationships.
• Proactively reach out to clients, assess their needs, and promote the company’s portfolio.
• Recommend marketing tools to increase brand awareness and position products and services.
• Conduct market analysis, including trends, demand forecasting, competition, and risk assessment.
• Maintain excellent customer relations and keep the client database up to date.

Required profile

• 3 to 8 years of experience in marketing and sales within the heavy machinery (construction equipment) industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Excellent negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong business acumen and ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.
• Personal vehicle is mandatory.
• Advanced English language proficiency is mandatory.
