Senior Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Sales Representative to support the Area Marketing and Sales Manager in achieving regional business objectives. You will be responsible for generating new leads, converting prospects, and nurturing existing client relationships within the heavy‑machinery sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify potential customers and create new business opportunities.
• Generate and convert leads while maintaining strong client relations.
• Proactively assess client needs and promote the company’s product portfolio.
• Recommend marketing tools to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
• Conduct market analysis, demand forecasting, and competitive risk assessments.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date customer database and ensure excellent service standards.

Required profile

• 3 to 8 years of experience in marketing and sales within the heavy‑machinery (construction equipment) industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business administration or a related field.
• Advanced English language proficiency.
• Personal vehicle is mandatory.
