Server (Guest Service Expert) – Full‑Time

About the role

Join the Le Méridien team in Oran as a Server, delivering memorable dining experiences for guests. You will work closely with the kitchen and front‑of‑house teams to ensure smooth service and uphold the brand’s high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timing of service.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and respond to special requests.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, replenish supplies, and follow health‑and‑safety protocols.
• Handle menu items, verify information visually, and assist guests with menu questions.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lb (50 lb with assistance), and reaching overhead or below knee level.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related experience; no supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work full‑time on an onsite basis.
• Willingness to follow company policies, maintain a professional appearance, and contribute to a safe workplace.
