Server – Guest Service Expert

About the role

We are seeking a Server (Guest Service Expert) to create memorable dining experiences for guests at our Le Méridien hotel in Oran. You will be the primary point of contact for guests during their meal, ensuring service is smooth, friendly, and aligned with our brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment.
• Communicate orders accurately with the kitchen and coordinate timing of service.
• Interact with guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle payment transactions.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, specials, and dietary restrictions.
• Clean work areas and supplies throughout the shift.
• Move, lift, and carry items up to 25 lb unassisted (up to 50 lb with assistance) and perform physical tasks such as bending, twisting, and reaching.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Less than one year of related food‑and‑beverage experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification needed.
