Service Sales Engineer

About the role

Bühler Group is seeking a Service Sales Engineer to strengthen customer relationships, drive service sales and expand business opportunities within the Algiers territory. You will act as the technical bridge between customers and our product portfolio, ensuring service targets are met while supporting the implementation of business strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain up‑to‑date sales materials and product knowledge.
• Establish, manage and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Prepare action plans and schedules to increase business activities in the assigned territory.
• Identify sales prospects, contact accounts and align market activities with the Area Sales/Service Manager.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly.
• Communicate new product and service opportunities gathered from field activity to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system and follow up on leads.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and generate sales leads for equipment and plant business.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the food industry.
• Fluent communication skills in French and English.
• Experience as a Parts, Sales and Service Representative (PSSR) is an advantage.
