Service Sales Manager

About the role

The Service Sales Manager will drive commercial success and revenue growth for our high‑voltage (HV) service portfolio in Algeria. Working closely with sales, marketing and key clients, you will develop and execute strategies that meet financial targets while upholding the company’s ethical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute proposal strategies, deal structures, pricing and sales agreements for HV products such as GIS, PTR and AIS.
• Achieve order‑intake targets and lead customer negotiations.
• Identify new business opportunities with functional partners and develop new services.
• Apply Lean methodologies to improve the proposal process.
• Establish commercial contracts and long‑term service agreements (LTSA).
• Interpret business challenges, recommend best practices and stay informed of industry trends.
• Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resources.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, proposals and HV service projects.
• Proven management, negotiation and communication abilities.
• Fluency in French, English and Arabic.

Required skills

• HV Grid product knowledge (GIS, PTR, AIS).
• Lean methodology for process improvement.
• Proposal development and pricing strategy.
• Commercial contract negotiation.
