Services Professional – Materials Management

About the role

Join Baker Hughes' Project Operations team as a Services Professional in Materials Management. You will support the delivery of oilfield services by ensuring accurate material flow, inventory control, and documentation for projects across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that shipped materials match site receipts and conduct 100% physical inspections upon arrival.
• Manage warehouse inventory, dispatch materials to project areas, and segregate damaged items.
• Provide material preservation support and assist customers with inventory management and special tool identification.
• Collaborate with the Site Manager to forecast special tool and material needs aligned with installation schedules.
• Handle Non‑Conformity Management (NCM) and reconcile punch‑list items at shipping.
• Prepare and update technical documentation, daily/weekly briefing reports, and ensure compliance with Baker Hughes safety, quality, and core value processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in materials planning, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Fluency in written and spoken French, English, and Arabic.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Proven analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.
