Social Media Analyst

About the role

Codex is looking for a full‑time Social Media Analyst to join its team in Rouiba. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to split your time between the office and remote work while supporting the company’s marketing and communication strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze and report on social media performance across major platforms.
• Track key metrics, identify trends and generate actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to optimize campaigns and refine audience targeting.
• Prepare regular dashboards, present findings to stakeholders and recommend data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability with a talent for interpreting data and spotting patterns.
• Experience in planning, executing and optimizing social media marketing campaigns.
• Comfortable using social networking platforms and understanding audience behavior.
• Effective communication skills for presenting insights and working cross‑functionally.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time efficiently and prioritize multiple projects.
