Social Media & Content Manager – Full‑time On‑site

About the role

Radar Tour Education is looking for a passionate Social Media & Content Manager to lead the creation and execution of its digital content strategy. This full‑time, on‑site position requires daily presence at the agency headquarters in Algiers.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously optimise a content strategy that moves prospects from curiosity to contact, registration and payment.
• Coordinate with a professional videographer, video editors, community‑management team and paid‑ads specialists to ensure high‑quality content production and distribution.
• Oversee the entire digital content ecosystem, monitoring performance metrics and guaranteeing results‑driven outcomes.
• Plan editorial calendars, approve creative assets and control the quality of all published material.

Required profile

• Strong passion for content creation and digital marketing with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Willingness to work on‑site 100% of the time, Sunday to Thursday, 09:00‑17:00.
• Ability to transform viewers into customers through modern content strategies.

• Fixed monthly salary of 60,000 DZD plus an annual increase of 5,000 DZD.
