Social Media Manager

About the role

Mindak.agency is looking for a full‑time Social Media Manager to join its team in El Achour. You will be responsible for shaping the brand’s voice across multiple platforms, creating engaging content, and driving community interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content on various social media channels in line with brand guidelines and campaign goals.
• Maintain and update the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of posts.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather visual and textual assets for campaigns.
• Monitor and respond to community comments, messages, and interactions.
• Apply Social Media Optimization (SMO) best practices to improve reach and engagement.
• Track key performance indicators, generate performance reports, and propose data‑driven improvements.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates, trends, and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing brand social media accounts, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to craft clear, on‑brand messages.
• Ability to work on‑site in El Achour and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
• Detail‑oriented, creative, and proactive in spotting trends and generating ideas.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field, or equivalent experience.
