Social Media Manager

About the role

BGH Agency is seeking a full‑time Social Media Manager to lead the planning, creation and publishing of engaging content for its diverse client portfolio. Based on‑site in Bab Euzouar, the role will ensure each brand’s voice is amplified across key social platforms while driving measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content calendars aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Produce, schedule and publish posts on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Manage day‑to‑day community interactions, including responding to comments and messages.
• Collaborate with creative, strategy and production teams to optimise content for reach and conversion.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse metrics and prepare regular performance reports.
• Identify trends, propose optimisation ideas and recommend improvements to maximise social impact.

Required profile

• Strong background in social media marketing and campaign execution.
• Experience in content strategy and social media optimisation (SMO).
• Excellent written communication with the ability to craft brand‑aligned messaging.
• Proven ability to interpret analytics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Previous experience in a creative agency or content‑focused environment is a plus.
• Relevant education in marketing, communications, media or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X and LinkedIn.
• Familiarity with social media management and scheduling tools.
• Strong organisational skills for handling multiple accounts and deadlines.
