About the role

Le Printemps is looking for a full‑time Social Media Manager to lead its online presence from our Ouled Haddadj office. You will shape and execute social strategies that align with brand and marketing goals while ensuring a consistent voice across all platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish content on multiple social networks daily.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
• Develop and launch social media campaigns that support broader marketing initiatives.
• Optimize posts for reach, performance, and brand consistency.
• Track key metrics, generate performance reports, and apply insights to refine strategy.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure cohesive messaging.

Required profile

• Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization experience.
• Proven ability to manage brand accounts and run successful campaigns.
• Excellent written communication skills and a knack for creating engaging, brand‑aligned messages.
• Experience designing content strategies for different platforms and audiences.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and KPI tracking.
• On‑site availability in Ouled Haddadj and effective cross‑functional collaboration.
• Organizational and time‑management skills to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Previous roles in social media or digital marketing; retail or consumer‑brand experience is a plus.
• Relevant education in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field preferred.
