Software Sales Specialist

About the role

The Software Sales Specialist will drive sales operations by engaging both inbound and outbound prospects, presenting a broad portfolio of software solutions, and guiding customers toward the options that best meet their business objectives. This role requires a strong background in software sales and the ability to manage the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and outreach to new business opportunities to generate interest.
• Qualify and nurture leads, including those who have started a free trial.
• Prospect new e‑commerce clients and educate them on solution value.
• Ask qualifying questions and position the most suitable solutions.
• Use the sales ERP to track progress through the sales cycle.
• Follow up with merchants to reinforce business plans and ensure satisfaction.
• Attend product training to stay current on industry knowledge.
• Collaborate with support teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience selling B2B software solutions and generating leads.
• Excellent communication skills across phone, email, messaging apps, and face‑to‑face interactions.
• Energetic, self‑disciplined, and able to manage pressure.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and a team‑player mindset.
