Space Market, Innovation & Investment Expert

About the role

NTU International is seeking a highly qualified Non-Key Expert to support the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme. The role focuses on developing space and geospatial markets, fostering innovation and entrepreneurship, and enhancing investment readiness across African and European ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market analysis and develop strategies for space and geospatial sectors.
• Design and implement innovation instruments, incubation and acceleration programmes.
• Support commercialisation pathways and facilitate access to finance for space‑related ventures.
• Provide advisory services on investment readiness and financing mechanisms.
• Contribute to knowledge exchange and policy dialogue between African and EU stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in economics, business administration, engineering, innovation management or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in market analysis, innovation, entrepreneurship, business development or investment advisory in technology sectors.
• At least 4 years of experience specifically in space or geospatial markets.
• Strong knowledge of African space markets and investment ecosystems is an asset.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese considered a plus.
