Station Supervisor

About the role

Swissport Algeria is seeking a Station Supervisor for its Sétif operations. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient station activities, coordinating the team, and maintaining compliance with Swissport standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the station team.
• Allocate tasks and resources according to operational requirements.
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to company procedures and operational standards.
• Promote a culture of safety, discipline, teamwork and customer service.
• Address operational issues and escalate matters when necessary.
• Track key operational indicators and support achievement of station objectives.
• Facilitate effective communication between employees, management and stakeholders.
• Support implementation of operational improvements and corrective actions.
• Coach and support team members to enhance performance and engagement.
• Ensure continuous compliance with safety, security and quality requirements.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coordinate and motivate teams.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in French and English (mandatory).
• Current residence in Sétif (mandatory).
• Proactive, reliable, results‑oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
