About the role
The Commercial Supervisor will lead the field sales team for Houtane Sweets, ensuring daily performance, client satisfaction and market growth in the Bordj El Kiffan area. This position reports directly to the Commercial Director and combines team leadership with strategic sales development.
Key responsibilities
- Coach, motivate and support field sales representatives on a daily basis.
- Achieve revenue targets and increase market share for the confectionery portfolio.
- Manage key accounts, address client issues and resolve disputes.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the distribution network.
- Analyse sales data, prepare regular activity reports and present insights to management.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the food or confectionery sector.
- Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) or higher in Commerce, Marketing or Business Management.
- Strong leadership, organizational abilities and resilience under pressure.
- Result‑oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
