Superviseur Traitement des Eaux

About the role

We are looking for a Water Treatment Supervisor to organise and oversee all water treatment activities at our production site in Boufarik. The role ensures that water quality and safety parameters meet the standards required for the preparation and production cycles.

Key responsibilities

• Control compliance of prepared solution parameters using measurement instruments.
• Supervise consumable change processes and the sterilisation of charcoal, sand and resin.
• Interpret analytical and control results and take corrective actions.
• Validate first‑level maintenance operations and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Ensure proper hygiene practices by supervising cleaning and disinfection of equipment, installations and premises according to predefined plans.
• Contribute to the design of reporting systems, enforce budgetary guidelines and produce periodic activity reports and dashboards.
• Promote continuous improvement and maintain quality records in line with the QHSE management system.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (M2) in Engineering or equivalent (Bac +5).
• 6‑10 years of experience in water treatment, industrial production or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of hygiene best practices and QHSE standards.
