Supply Chain Project Coordinator – 3-5 Years Experience

About the role

Join an international automotive group and play a key role in driving supply chain and logistics projects across the Middle East and Africa. You will work closely with manufacturing plants, suppliers and logistics providers to ensure smooth project execution and operational readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate supply chain and logistics activities with cross‑functional teams.
• Support the launch of new projects and ensure operational readiness.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and propose mitigation actions.
• Collaborate with manufacturing plants, suppliers, logistics providers and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze logistics processes and recommend improvement actions.
• Contribute to transport, warehousing and packaging optimisation initiatives.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement programmes.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, industrial engineering or operations.
• Project coordination experience within an industrial or automotive environment.
• Good understanding of logistics, transportation, manufacturing or supply chain operations.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience in an international setting is a plus.
• Fluent English is required.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI tools for data analysis.
