About the role

Baladna El Djazaier is driving Algeria’s agro‑industrial transformation and seeks an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts for its ambitious dairy and agriculture projects. You will shape hiring strategies, strengthen employer branding, and build talent pipelines that support both local and international growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Lead employer branding initiatives and increase visibility on relevant platforms.
• Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and support workforce planning.
• Oversee recruitment marketing, sourcing, screening, and interview processes.
• Track, analyze, and report recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement.
• Supervise and mentor a small team of recruiters.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a fast‑paced, multi‑sector organization.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to conduct remote hiring and navigate cross‑cultural work environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
