About the role

Baladna El Djazaier is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support its ambitious agro‑industrial transformation in Algeria. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates to meet the company’s staffing needs while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

Implement the recruitment plan according to business needs.
Source candidates through job boards, databases, social media and recruitment agencies.
Screen CVs, conduct initial evaluations and HR interviews.
Prepare candidate assessment reports and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and produce status reports.
Support onboarding activities and ensure compliance with recruitment policies.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; experience in mass recruitment is a plus.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
Willingness to travel as required.
