Technical Project Manager – Software Development

About the role

Symloop is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead the organization, coordination, and delivery of software projects. This hands‑on role works directly with clients, developers, and management to ensure clear definition, proper planning, and on‑time delivery of web and mobile solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple software projects from requirements gathering through delivery.
• Collect, analyze, and clarify client requirements and translate them into features, tasks, and deliverables.
• Plan project priorities, milestones, and deadlines; assign and follow up tasks with developers.
• Monitor progress, identify blockers early, and coordinate between clients, developers, designers, and management.
• Oversee bug tracking, testing, corrections, and client validation; maintain project documentation and task tracking.
• Provide clear status updates, identify risks and dependencies, and take proactive actions.
• Evaluate client requests before adding them to scope, coordinate releases, and ensure agreed features meet specifications.
• Escalate technical, budget, or deadline issues to management and continuously improve project management processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in project management, software development, product management, or a related role.
• Proven experience managing software or IT projects.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of projects.
• Professional French communication skills and good English for technical documentation.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Sétif.
