Technical Service Engineer

About the role

The Technical Service Engineer will deliver high‑quality on‑site support for filling machines, ensuring reliable operation and rapid return to production. You will act as the primary technical liaison between the company and its customers, focusing on problem resolution and cost reduction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality technical service to guarantee effective and reliable operation of filling machines at customer sites.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and solve equipment issues to reinstate production quickly.
• Reduce customers’ operational costs while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, offering follow‑up support for any concerns.
• Prepare and submit accurate service reports in a timely manner.
• Promote product quality and ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of hands‑on experience with filling machines.
• Comprehensive knowledge of filling machine technology and Lamipak product applications.
• Proficiency in using mechanical tools and measurement instruments.
• Ability to interpret electrical, mechanical and pneumatic drawings and diagrams.
• Strong English communication skills.
