Telesales Representative

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Representative to join Vitrin Clinic’s growing team in Algiers. In this role you will engage prospective patients, provide detailed information about our dental and cosmetic treatments, and guide them through their journey with the clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential clients interested in dental and cosmetic services.
• Deliver clear, accurate information about treatments such as Hollywood smiles, implants, veneers, and zirconia crowns.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships, ensuring clients feel supported.
• Follow up on inquiries, track interactions, and update client records.
• Collaborate with marketing and treatment teams to meet clinic targets.

Required profile

• Fluent in French, English or Spanish.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for helping people.
• Goal‑driven, comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, solution‑focused mindset.
