UI Designer

About the role

TechVerse Club is hiring a full-time, on-site UI Designer in Médéa. The designer turns requirements and user needs into clear layouts, mockups and interactive components for web and mobile products, working closely with product managers, UX designers and developers.

Key responsibilities

• Design intuitive, visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile products
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers and developers to refine user journeys and maintain design consistency
• Create and iterate on design systems, prepare assets for development and take part in usability reviews and feedback sessions
• Work with front-end developers to ensure design feasibility and high-quality implementation

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Portfolio showing UI/UX design work for digital products; experience in tech or startup environments is beneficial
• Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills and ability to iterate quickly on feedback and data
• Effective communication and teamwork skills in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment

Required skills

• User interface and user experience design
• Mockups with modern tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD
• Foundational understanding of front-end development concepts
• Experience with design systems, style guides and reusable components
