UX/UI Designer – Build AI‑Powered B2C Experiences

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for B2C brands. As a UX/UI Designer you will translate complex workflows into intuitive, high‑converting product and marketing experiences that power the next generation of consumer brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design dashboards, workflows, and integrations for the core product using Figma.
• Create conversion‑focused landing pages, product pages, and demo flows for marketing campaigns.
• Define, maintain, and expand a cohesive design system and component library.
• Gather user feedback, conduct usability testing, and run A/B experiments to iterate quickly.
• Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure pixel‑perfect implementation.

Required profile

• Passion for turning complex problems into delightful user experiences.
• Ability to work directly with CEOs, product managers, and engineers in a fast‑moving environment.
• Strong eye for visual consistency across product modules and touchpoints.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Figma for wireframes, prototypes, and UI design.
