About the role
DIALLAS is seeking a creative Video Editor to produce short‑form video content for social media and advertising campaigns. You will work on a fast‑paced team in Algiers, turning ideas into engaging reels, TikToks and YouTube Shorts.
Key responsibilities
- Edit short‑form videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts.
- Export final cuts in multiple aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) and formats.
- Craft compelling hooks that keep viewers watching to the end.
- Add captions, motion graphics, colour grading and sound design to each piece.
- Collaborate closely with designers, content creators and account managers.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of professional video‑editing experience.
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or DaVinci Resolve).
- Deep understanding of what performs on each social platform.
- Excellent sense of rhythm, pacing and music sync.
- Ability to deliver high‑volume output without sacrificing quality.
- Portfolio or show‑reel demonstrating relevant work.
