About the role
The French Consulate General in Oran is seeking a Visa Officer (F/H) to join its Visa Service team. Working under the authority of the diplomatic mission head, the consular post chief, and the visa service manager, you will be responsible for processing visa applications and ensuring compliance with French visa regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Apply and monitor the correct use of visa regulations.
- Verify, process and make decisions on visa application files.
- Provide information and updates to the head of the visa service.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at improving the quality of visa services.
Required profile
- Relevant diploma or professional experience recommended.
- Completion of IFAAC training.
- Knowledge of a local language is an asset.
- Familiarity with the region is an asset.
