Account Manager

About the role

The Account Manager will be based on‑site in Heliopolis and will own the relationship with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities for ACME‑IES’s technology solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and develop long‑term relationships with assigned client accounts.
• Coordinate with technical teams to align solutions with client requirements.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and basic financial analyses for pricing and margins.
• Track activities, opportunities and performance in CRM/account‑management tools.
• Support contract renewals, upsell initiatives and monitor project delivery quality.
• Conduct regular client meetings and keep accurate account records.
• Monitor market trends and collaborate with vendors and partners as needed.

Required profile

• Strong client relationship management, communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to discuss IT infrastructure, networking, data security, virtualization and software solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT or related field.
• Proven experience in account management, sales or customer success within technology or systems integration.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Heliopolis.
