About the role
As an Agent de Blanchisserie you will join the Guest Environment Expert team, responsible for delivering a clean, comfortable and memorable experience for hotel guests.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of the entire hotel, including guest rooms and public areas.
- Deliver guest requests, stock carts and ensure timely cleaning of rooms and public spaces.
- Uphold uniform and personal appearance standards while on duty.
- Follow all company policies and procedures related to housekeeping and safety.
Required profile
- Commit to a safe workplace, maintain confidentiality and uphold quality standards.
- Be able to stand, walk, lift and move objects up to 50 pounds without assistance.
- Demonstrate professionalism in uniform, personal appearance and communication.
Required skills
- General housekeeping and laundry operations.
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods.
