About the role
The Security Officer ensures the safety of guests, employees and property at a hotel in Oran. The role involves patrolling, monitoring security systems, responding to emergencies and maintaining detailed incident records.
Key responsibilities
- Patrol all areas of the property and lock entrances as needed.
- Monitor CCTV, perimeter alarms, duress alarms and fire‑life‑safety systems.
- Respond to accidents, provide first aid/CPR and contact emergency services.
- Assist guests and employees during emergencies and defuse disturbances.
- Complete incident and loss‑prevention reports while maintaining confidentiality.
- Conduct daily hazard inspections and investigate incidents.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- No prior security experience required.
- Ability to stand, walk or run for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb.
- Clear communication and professional appearance.
Required skills
- CCTV monitoring.
- Alarm system operation.
- Fire safety system operation.
- First aid/CPR certification.
