About the role
CAPAGO Algérie is seeking a Visa Processing Agent to join its visa centre in Algiers. The role involves direct interaction with visa applicants, handling both front‑office and back‑office tasks to ensure smooth processing of Schengen visa applications.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visa applicants at the centre.
- Process visa applications, including data entry and document verification.
- Collect payments at the payment desk.
- Manage biometric data collection for applicants.
- Perform back‑office activities required to finalize applications.
- Carry out any additional tasks assigned by management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (BAC+2/3) or equivalent.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or administrative support.
- Fluent written and spoken French and Arabic; English is a plus.
Required skills
- Excellent customer service and data entry abilities.
- Effective problem‑solving and decision‑making under pressure.
- Strong communication and teamwork orientation.
