BU Omnichannel Manager

About the role

Sanofi is seeking a Business Unit Omnichannel Manager to lead the definition and execution of omnichannel strategies for its Africa operations. The role will bridge global campaign designs with local market needs, ensuring a seamless, customer‑centric experience across all digital and traditional channels.

Key responsibilities

• Define the omnichannel strategy based on portfolio mix and go‑to‑market archetypes.
• Localize and adapt global campaign designs to reflect Business Unit conditions.
• Standardize tactical omnichannel planning, including automated channel approaches, content creation, and engagement tactics.
• Make agile, customer‑centric decisions while balancing thoughtful risk and value for Sanofi.
• Promote a “One Sanofi” approach by leveraging global tools, eliminating ecosystem fragmentation, and ensuring consistent delivery of standard solutions.
• Collaborate with GTMC, Digital, and other business units to align processes, reporting, and procurement efficiencies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in omnichannel strategy development and execution within a commercial or marketing environment.
• Strong ability to translate global concepts into locally relevant actions.
• Agile decision‑making mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work across functions such as Digital, Procurement, and Business Units.
