About the role

The company, a pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical distributor in Algeria, is looking for an HR Administration Officer to manage human resources and general services at its Sétif site. The role combines strategic planning, administrative management, and compliance oversight to support the company's growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan HR activities, develop and monitor the HR budget, and forecast staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal procedures for HR and general services.
• Handle all administrative HR tasks: contract preparation, leave management, employee records, and regulatory registers (payroll, safety, accidents).
• Implement personnel decisions such as promotions, dismissals, transfers, and recruitment.
• Track project progress, produce monthly, semi‑annual and annual HR reports, and manage workplace conflicts.
• Oversee general services (MGX), assist in MGX budgeting, and monitor MGX performance.
• Provide continuity of service and perform additional tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Licence (or higher) in Human Resources, Law, Psychology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR administration.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Proficiency with computer tools and office software.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office or equivalent office software.
