About the role
We are looking for a Planning Officer to join EASY EMBALLAGE, a company specialized in the packaging industry. The role involves creating and monitoring production schedules to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed production planning tables.
- Track progress of manufacturing orders and monitor deadlines.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Stock, Sales and Shipping departments.
- Anticipate raw material requirements and manage priorities of work orders.
- Update dashboards and key performance indicators related to planning.
- Identify delays and propose corrective actions.
Required profile
- Higher education in Management, Logistics, Production, Planning or a related field (Bac+2 to Master’s level).
- 3‑5 years of experience in a similar planning role, preferably in packaging or industrial environments.
- Strong analytical, organizational and anticipatory abilities.
- Rigorous, reactive and team‑oriented mindset.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with planning and scheduling tools.
