About the role

The Maritime Travel Agency Manager will lead the agency’s operations, sales, and financial performance, reporting directly to the General Management. This role combines operational oversight with client relationship management in the maritime passenger transport sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the agency’s operational, administrative, commercial, and financial activities.
• Oversee ticket sales for maritime passenger transport and ensure high‑quality customer service.
• Supervise all maritime transport activities under the agency’s scope.
• Lead, coordinate, and develop the agency’s team.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures, commercial regulations, ticketing policies, and customer relations standards.
• Drive commercial growth and establish local partnerships.
• Expand the agency’s client portfolio.
• Prepare activity reports and monitor performance indicators.
• Maintain relationships with port authorities, institutional partners, and economic stakeholders.

Required profile

• University degree in management, transport, logistics, commerce or a related field.
• Proven experience in agency management or transport sector, preferably maritime passenger transport.
• Strong managerial and organizational abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with computer tools.
• Foreign language proficiency.
