Chef de Projet CES

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Chef de Projet CES to join our dynamic team specialized in construction, site management, and architecture. Based in Dély Brahim, Algiers, you will lead CES projects from planning through execution, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and supervise all phases of CES projects on site.
• Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, quality standards and safety regulations.
• Collaborate closely with technical teams, architects and subcontractors.
• Manage relationships with clients, suppliers and external partners.
• Prepare progress reports and handle project administrative follow‑up.
• Identify and anticipate site risks, proposing appropriate mitigation solutions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (M2), Engineering degree or equivalent (Bac+5) in civil engineering, architecture or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in managing CES or similar construction projects.
• Strong organizational, communication and leadership abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of Algerian safety standards and regulations.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
